Cineworld Day – 26th February 2022

Cineworld have announced their first ever Cineworld Day which sees all films in all different formats for only £3 per ticket! Sponsored by Pepsi Max.

I know what Unlimited members are wondering (as I did myself) and it means that we don’t have to pay any uplift fees on Saturday either, so we can head to see IMAX, 4DX, ScreenX or Superscreen without paying the extra few pound.

I really hope that this will see a lot of people take up the offer and get different screenings a bit fuller than normal and that it will then be something Cineworld decide to do more often. The only thing that is not included in the £3 pricing is any cinemas that offer the VIP experience.

Managing to balance this in with work and occasionally being able to have a double feature with two films straight in a row.

Why do I like going so often?

The refurb is now finished and with the cinema opening again on 31st July it is pretty much unrecognisable compared to pre-lockdown. It really does look fantastic and on par with the Newcastle venue!
