Here are the Male performances that have made my top 25 for the 2019 films that I managed to see throughout the year. This will include some 2018 films by date but due to the UK release dates they were available for this list. I actually had 45 on the long list so to cut it down it was a very tough ask! Some amazing films and therefore performances in 2019!
Based on the true story of Laurel and Hardy’s tour of the UK and Ireland, a truly outstanding and very famous comedy duo attempting to reignite their film career touring the theatres. Not going to plan when the ticket sales are a lot lower than they expected.

The EE British Academy Film Awards take place on Sunday 10 February at the Royal Albert Hall, London. The ceremony will be hosted by Joanna Lumley and will be broadcast exclusively on BBC One and BBC One HD. The ceremony is also broadcast in all major territories around the world.
